Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the New Age Radio (NAR) iOS app and related services (the "Service"), operated by New Age Radio ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using NAR you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use NAR

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country) to use NAR.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create on NAR — audio posts, comments, messages, images, and profile content ("Your Content").

So that we can operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process (including generating captions and applying audio effects you request), publish, and distribute Your Content, solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where content has been shared with others (e.g. messages you sent, or reposts) or where we must retain it for legal or safety reasons.

You are responsible for Your Content. You must own it or have the rights to share it, including any music, recordings, or other material in it.

3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse

NAR has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Content or behavior that violates our Community Guidelines — including harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content involving minors, graphic violence, and spam — may be removed without notice, and the responsible accounts may be restricted or permanently banned.

You can report any post, comment, message, or user from inside the app and block any user. We review reports and act on violations promptly, with a target of within 24 hours.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion to protect the community or comply with the law.
If you believe we made a mistake, you can appeal through the in-app contact form (Settings → Help → Get Help).

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

Post content that violates the Community Guidelines or any law.
Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate others.
Infringe anyone's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
Access the Service with automated means, scrape data, or circumvent security or rate limits.
Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
Use the Service to send spam or unauthorized advertising.

5. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on NAR infringes your copyright, report it in-app ("Intellectual property violation") or email support@newageradio.net with the content link, proof of ownership, and your contact details. We remove infringing content and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

6. Your account and termination

You can deactivate or permanently delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. Deletion completes after a 30-day grace period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Service.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. content licenses for already-shared content, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive.

7. The Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be preserved.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Content posted by users does not represent our views; users are solely responsible for what they post.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Age Radio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (NAR is currently free) or €50. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including in your country of residence.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above; for significant changes we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use NAR after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which New Age Radio is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to under the laws of your country of residence.
